2. No Refunds

We do not offer refunds, returns, or cancellations after a transaction has been processed and the digital content has been delivered to your screen.

3. Technical Errors

If you experience a technical failure where your payment is deducted but the reading does not unblur, please contact us immediately. In the event of a verified systemic failure on our end where the service cannot be delivered, a refund will be initiated to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
